JD/MBA Scholarships

A joint JD.MBA degree is not for everyone. But for those of you going down that road we know that financing this degree can be challenging. For example, the JD/MBA candidate at Stanford University will complete a four-year journey that is among the toughest educational experiences s a student can undertake. It’s also among the most expensive as of 2018: JD/MBAs pay one year of law school tuition ($50,580), one year of first year MBA tuition ($59,550), and the “remaining quarters at the combined JD/MBA tuition rate”–which roughly translates into paying whichever tuition is higher that year.

Many programs awards scholarships both on the basis of merit and on the basis of merit plus financial need. Most schools also offer specific scholarships for consideration. While we know that this in not often enough, we wanted to bring an interesting scholarship to your attention. The LSAT Prep Course Scholarship is available to anyone interested in attending law school and/or the joint JD/MBA degree. Among the law school scholarships out there, we think this is one of the “easiest” to apply for.
